Great Grand Master Fred Weeks

Kuk Sul Nim  Fred Weeks (Dragon) and his wife Susan Weeks founded the Allied Tang So Do Federation in 1980.  

Mr. Weeks received his Black Belt from Chuck Norris and has been teaching Martial Arts for over 50 years. Great Grand Master Weeks began research of fencing in the 1950's. Mr.  Weeks is the Founding Father and Great Grand Elder for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation. In addition to being an Internationally recognized 10th Degree Black Belt, he has also studied and been promoted in Japanese Jujitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Goju Ryu and Shorin Ryu. GGM Weeks has personally trained and promoted 27 Black Belts into the ATF system. He is also an esteemed  member of The World Head of Sokeship Council,  AOOMKA,  and the U.S.A. Korean Karate Association (former member and Director of recruiting for state of Arkansas). 

Mr. Weeks has officially retired from owning the Martial Arts Business. However, he continues to teach private lessons for individuals, families, and small groups each week. The Dragon also teaches our Fencing Program. 

Grand Master Keith Waggoner

Dr. Keith Waggoner (Falcon) is the appointed successor and Head of System for 

ATF Martial Arts. Dr. Keith is also the Chairman of the ATF Black Belt Board. GM Waggoner is also a Great Grand Elder for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation. 

He has trained in dozens of martial arts systems and holds black belts in 6 different styles. He is a Psychologist, Life & Business Coach and works with Professional Athletes. 

Grand Master Janet Atkinson

Mrs. Janet Atkinson (Cobra) is Head Instructor of ATF's Home School in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas and the President of The ATF Black Belt Board. GM Atkinson is also a Grand Elder for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation.  She is an Educator and a fierce advocate for Women's Self-Defense.

Sensei Rudy McGlothlin

Sensei Rudy (Rude Dog) is the ATF Martial Arts Brazilian JuiJitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and KickBoxing Instructor. He is a multiple time MMA and KickBoxing Champion and is a full time instructor at Barata MMA & Fitness in Searcy, Arkansas. Mr. Rudy is also a Dani Taga Tribe Member for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation. He is available for private instruction and group events. 

Mr. Rick Baker

Mr. Rick Baker (Wolverine) is the Business owner of the ATF Home School in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. Mr. Baker is a dedicated Martial Arts Instructor, the ATF Assistant Firearms Trainer and the Operations Advisor to the ATF Black Belt Board. Mr. Baker is a Black Belt Tribe Member for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation. He also owns & runs a successful Electrical Business. His son C.J. also trains in the ATF Martial Arts system and is a ranking Gup Instructor. 

Master Jamie Yowell

Master Yowell is the ATF Forms and Samurai Sword Instructor. He is also our Tournament Director and the Historian/Hyung Advisor to the Black Belt Board. Jamie is an Elder for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation. Mr. Yowell and his father Own and Run mutliple Martial Arts Schools across the state of Arkansas.

Mrs. Emily Boggs

Mrs. Emily Boggs (Serval) is a Senior Instructor and the ATF Black Belt Board Vice President. She earned the prestigious Susan Weeks Award for Women in Martial Arts and is a Black Belt Tribe Member for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation. 

Mr. Jason Boggs

Mr. Jason Boggs (SilverBack) is a Senior Instructor and the ATF Black Belt Board Training Director. He helps us create the amazing Martial Arts curriculum we teach at each ATF School. Mr. Boggs is a Black Belt Tribe Member for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation. Mr. Boggs is also our Assistant Fencing and Combat Grappling Instructor. Jason, his wife Emily and his son Stanley all family train at ATF Martial Arts Academy.  

Mr. James Kapales

Mr. Jim Kapales (Mongoose) is a Senior Instructor and the ATF Black Belt Board Advisor for Internet and Technology. He is also the official Black Smith for our Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation and is a Black Belt Tribe Member.

Pastor Gene Cullum

Pastor Gene Cullum (Praying Mantis) is a Senior Instructor and the ATF Black Belt Board Chaplain. He is an active Pastor and the ATF Represenative for the Karate for Christ organization. Mr. Cullum is also a Black Belt Tribe Member and Elder Chaplain for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation.  

Chief Tom Johnson

Chief Tom Johnson (Phoenix) is a Deputy Senior Instructor and the ATF Black Belt Board Emergency Medicine / Management Advisor. He evaluates emergency protocol and instructs ATF about emergency and combat medical procedures. Mr. Johnson is a Black Belt Tribe Member for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation.  He and his wife Jocelyn currently reside in Jonesboro, AR  with their two sons, Jared and Kyle.  Tom is a Battalion Chief with the  Jonesboro Fire Department and holds a Masters Degree in Disaster  Preparedness and Emergency Management from Arkansas State University.   In addition to his rank of 3rd Dan with ATF, Tom maintains instructor privileges with  DT4EMS (a self defense system for EMS, firefighters, and hospital  personnel), the Arkansas Fire Academy, the Stop The Bleeding Foundation,  and is an adjunct professor in the DPEM Department of Arkansas State  University. Department and Rescue Teams.

Mr. Michael Montgomery

Mr. Mike Montgomery (Mustang) is a Deputy Senior Instructor and the ATF Black Belt Board Business Advisor. He helps us innovate our Business and Community Impacts. Mr. Montgomery is a champion coach and supporter of sports teams. He is also a Black Belt Tribe Member for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation.

Master William Fortson

Master William "Rowdy" Fortson (Bull) is a Sixth Degree Black Belt in the Allied Tang Soo Do Federation and Master Instructor Level VI. He is also the ATF Black Belt Board Past President. He helps us innovate and Manage our Community Out Reach as well as Acting as a voice of Experience in all of our Teaching Curriculum. Mr. Fortson has earned a  Master Plus Educational Degree.  And he is a professional Educator and Principal as well as an artist and musician. In addition to being an ATF Black Belt, he is trained and holds rank in Krav Maga,  American Kenpo, Aikido and Sung Kul Mae Martial Arts. Mr.  Fortson has been honored for Outstanding Leadership by the World Head of Family Sokeship.  He is also a member of the AOOMKA, The World Black Belt Bureau and a Black Belt Tribe Member for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation.   

Mr. Range Weeks

Mr. Range Weeks (Cobra) is a Deputy Senior Instructor for ATF. He is the third son of Great Grand Master Weeks and the holder of a Legacy Rank in Martial Arts. Mr. Weeks is also a Black Belt Tribe Member for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation. 

Mr. Chance Weeks

Mr. Chance Weeks (Komodo Dragon) is a Deputy Senior Instructor for ATF. He is the first son of Great Grand Master Weeks and the holder of a Legacy Rank in Martial Arts. Mr. Weeks is also a Black Belt Tribe Member for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation.
