Kuk Sul Nim Fred Weeks (Dragon) and his wife Susan Weeks founded the Allied Tang So Do Federation in 1980.
Mr. Weeks received his Black Belt from Chuck Norris and has been teaching Martial Arts for over 55 years. Great Grand Master Weeks began research of fencing in the 1950's. Mr. Weeks is the Founding Father and Great Grand Elder for

Mr. Weeks received his Black Belt from Chuck Norris and has been teaching Martial Arts for over 55 years. Great Grand Master Weeks began research of fencing in the 1950's. Mr. Weeks is the Founding Father and Great Grand Elder for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation. In addition to being an Internationally recognized 10th Degree Black Belt, he has also studied and been promoted in Moo Duk Kwon, Soo Bak Do, Japanese Jujitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Goju Ryu and Shorin Ryu. GGM Weeks has personally trained and promoted 40 Black Belts into the ATF system with over 100 Dan rank promotions. He is also an esteemed member of The World Head of Sokeship Council, AOOMKA, and the U.S.A. Korean Karate Association (former member and Director of recruiting for state of Arkansas).
Mr. Weeks has officially retired from owning the Martial Arts Business. However, he continues to teach private lessons for individuals, families, and small groups each week. The Dragon also teaches our Fencing Program.

He has trained in dozens of martial arts systems and holds black belts in 6 different styles. Including Kali, Jeet Kune Do, Silat, Muay Thai, Jun Fan Gung Fu, Tae Kwon Do, Kubudo, Krav Maga, Judo, and Jui-Jitsu. Dr. Waggoner has been honored for Outstanding Leadership by the World Head of Family Sokeship. He is also a member of the AOOMKA, and The World Black Belt Bureau. He is a Psychologist, Life & Business Coach and works with Professional Athletes.

Mr. Yowell and his father owns and runs multiple Martial Arts Schools across the state of Arkansas under the title of DSK Martial Arts. He is a Black Belt under the UFAF & AFAF Chuck Norris Tang Soo Do Systems, and also in Okinawan Karate. Master Yowell is the Director of the Nationally Accredited Tournament, The Natural State Classic with the ProMac Professional Karate Circuits.
Mr. Jim Kapales (Mongoose) is a Fourth Degree Black Belt in the Allied Tang Soo Do Federation, a Senior Instructor Level IV and the ATF Black Belt Board Advisor for Internet and Technology. He is also the official Black Smith for our Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation and is a Black Belt Tribe Member.
Mr. Tom Johnson (Phoenix) is a Fourth Degree Black Belt in the Allied Tang Soo Do Federation, a Senior Instructor Level IV and the ATF Black Belt Board Advisor for Emergency Medical Service. He is also a Battalion Chief for the Jonesboro Fire Department. Mr. Johnson is also a Tribe Member & Recognized Warrior in the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation.
Pastor Gene Cullum (Praying Mantis) is Third Degree Black Belt in the Allied Tang Soo Do Federation, a Senior Instructor and the ATF Black Belt Board Chaplain. He is an active Pastor and the ATF Represenative for the Karate for Christ organization. Mr. Cullum is also a Black Belt Tribe Member and Elder Chaplain for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation.
Mr. Mike Montgomery (Mustang) is a Third Degree Black Belt, a Deputy Senior Instructor and the ATF Black Belt Board Business Advisor. Mr. Montgomery helps us innovate our Business and Community Impacts. Mr. Montgomery is a champion coach and supporter of sports teams. He is also a Black Belt Tribe Member for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation.
Mr. Range Weeks (Cobra) is a Deputy Senior Instructor for ATF. He is the third son of Great Grand Master Weeks and the holder of a Legacy Rank in Martial Arts. Mr. Weeks is also a Black Belt Tribe Member for the Allied Tribal Martial Arts Federation.
